Dongfang launched an advanced preparatory program in 2011 with a branding name as Top University Foundation Course (TUFC) or International Preparation Course (IPC). It aims at providing a one-year Foundation or Pre-Master program for Chinese high school graduates,diploma graduates or university graduates to further their Bachelor or Master study abroad.

By 2023 TUFC/IPC programs have been delivered by nine Chinese key universities in the following 7 cities,Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Harbin, Chengdu, Xi'an and Dalian. Program students successfully conducted their degree courses in overseas universities.
