International Scholarly Exchange Program was developed by Dongfang jointly with Chinese domestic universities and international professionals. This program consists of two main parts: a set of curriculum system and its corresponding support and management mechanism.
It is an initiative project in a series of supporting plan in education innovation and internationalization for Chinese provincial institutions of higher education. Since 2010,Dongfang has cooperated with more than 20 Chinese universities in this project, in which over ten thousand students from more than 50 undergraduate programmes could enjoy the ISEC system in the fields of science, engineering, management, economics, education and so on.
